LMAOO! For those of who don’t know, these are radio/TV personalities over here in Aus. ;P
I don’t care how much Louis upset me during this interview; I still ship them 100%.
I agree with a lot of people who say that their management has obviously told them what they should reply if any of the “bromances” are mentioned. This was obvious when their expressions all changed at 4:07 from carefree to suddenly serious, especially Harry. He seemed tense for the rest of the interview, obviously knowing what was to come…
Louis made a mistake, which he corrected, at 4:20. He said “We have one big 5-part romance…bromance” with the groups awkward laugh afterwards…
I also hated seeing how hurt Harry was after Louis’ comment. Liam can be heard in the background saying “You are though?” but Zayn is then quick to change the subject. Harry looks almost relieved, whereas it is then Louis that looks upset at 4:54.
For the rest of the interview, Harry seems to spend more time looking at the rest of the group. The two look uncomfortable after the subject was brought up, and Harry seems to be more lost in thought than concentrating on the questions.
I can understand why their management would think that the group would lose a lot of fans through ‘coming out’. But what they fail to realize, is they’re also missing out on an opportunity for a lot more fandom and recognition.
I feel like strangling someone right about now. Although, I do not blame or hate Louis for what was said. Much like Eleanor, I think this is all just their management’s idea to distract people from their ‘Larry Stylinson’ moments.
On the brighter side, they did have a few flirty moments. Such as, at 3:45 - 3:48 when Louis leans around Harry’s back to laugh, then Harry strokes his leg afterwards. Also, at 4:16 - 4:21, Harry keeps his hand on Louis’ leg.
So, based on the fact that they never actually denied the existence of Larry Stylinson, I honestly still believe that, within time, Louis will eventually come to terms with his sexuality and, despite what their management may predict as “for the best”, they will finally come out. This would make me very happy indeed.
Louis, you owe us!
